Ice cream after a major dental intervention is a lovely tradition. I'm glad to see you continuing it.
It's good you're getting so much family time. Himself's family mostly gets together for birthdays & Christmas. They have very odd taste in restaurants. This time it was a put that was super loud, far away, massively over-crowded, & expensive. Other than that--;). They had decent veggie options, so that was me sorted. My voice is still rough from having to shout, though.
The book & bake sale had lots of treats we've been enjoying [2 for $1 is a super price!]. In spite of some indulgence this week, my glucose was still 88 just now, a major win. Good luck with your yoga & dances!
