Breakfast once again didn't provide any marmalade, which I found disapointing as that's usually part of my hotel breakfast. But the reast was fine, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, mushrooms and beans.
Fan GoH John Dowd eventually gave a history of his designing of Groats. After a shaky start when the tech didn't work. He also had free copies of the groats used at the last UK worldscon, and I got a complete set. Noticed a typo on the Barrayan Mark!
Last trek through the Dealer's room, then Just a Minute panel. Had a Happy Meal for lunch.
The wierdest program item I went to was "Clanger Symposium - Study of a Knitted Alien Race" a number pf serious scientific papers were presented trying to explain why and how Clangers exsist.
At 4pm the offical closing ceremony all the thanks were given. Then went for last meal at McDs.
Early evening program went to Clarke's Law - which was a discussion on advanced tech being magical.
This was followed by London as an SF/F setting which posited that London was cool due to it's age and the non grid structure of it's road system.
I did go to McDs for a shake, apple pie and free donut, in between the final pair of programs which were Galaxy Quest and Dr Horrible - The Musical Commentory. According to Kathy S there wasn't any filking so then to bed.
